I wanted a mount for a small winch to pull trailers out of back yard. This mount worked as advertised and gave me a good anchor to pull my trailers out of the yard. I appreciate the good quality, nice welding and finishing. Very well executed product.

I bought this hitch for my Superwinch LT 2000. The holes on this hitch fits my winch perfectly. The hitch is very well made. I am amazed by the quality of it. When I received the winch I noticed that the quality of manufacturing it exceeded my expectations. The hitch is polished and has a very smooth and refined surface (not like these cast iron and rough products). I highly recommend this hitch. I would bye it again in a heart beat if I had to.

I like the design of the winch mount to a point: The mounting holes are countersunk, so be prepared to look for some 10.9 grade M8 X 40mm countersunk allen head screws, if you want to cleanly mount a winch. I haven't gotten myself into any real trouble since I wired in a winch to my hitch, so only time will tell.

Warn vtx3500 winch bolted right up. Havnt used it yet but not concerned. Bracket was overall higher grade than normally seen.

The length of the part that goes into the receiver is too long and causes mounted winch to stick out the rear of the ATV more than would be hoped

Really like this product. Easy to setup. Allows me to carry my winch in my truck or my side x side. 😎👌

I mounted a harbor freight 2500 on it. Holes lined up perfect. Seems to work fine pulling a 1500 pound vehicle onto the trailer. Makes it easy to swap winch between trailer and tow vehicle. I'm happy with this purchase.

1.0 out of 5 stars Square corners do not fit 1-1/4 mounts

Reviewed in the United States on July 3, 2019

This product has square corners that do not fit in any 1-1/4 mounts from the major manufacturers, since standard 1-1/4 mounts have rounded inside corners. Also, the square dimension is too large to fit in a standard 1-1/4 mount even if the corners were rounded.
Would return if possible; however, did not find out until too late due to other projects.

1.0 out of 5 stars Fits into no 1-1/4" reciever

This doesn't fit into the receiver on my Suzuki, on my dad's Honda, into a Reese hitch, or a Curt, or a Draw-Tight, nor a U-Haul. This is not 1.25".

I tried to grind it down as someone else had to get theirs going, and grinding off the corners is not enough. Now I can't return it, and I have to grind of at least a 16th inch all the way around the whole damn thing. Pay a bit more and get a properly made one, or at least just find out it doesn't fit and return it without trying to make it work.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Mount for those who can't use a traditional frame mount

Whilst it is not ideal to mount a winch to a receiver, this plate gets it done when it is appropriate. I have my winch stored in my trunk when not in use and, since the times I have needed one were suited for rear mounting, this makes it feasible. It ha some wobble, which is to be expected in most receiver mounts though this one moves a tad more than desired. I'd recommend users get a stabilizer for receiver mounts or use some bolts for that purpose.
Also, a locking kingpin is a must since receiver items can otherwise be easily stolen.

Photo is my truck with the winch mounted. I had just used my winch to get this chunk of steel off the higway after it totalled a few cars. Must have weighed over 1000 pounds (18'x6' solid steel cylinder)

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product 👍🏻

I recently used this and it worked great. I bought a hi-tow dual hitch receiver (will do separate review on that). I couldn't use the winch atv mount plate that I previously had bought from harbor freight (winch also, is 2500 badland) but if you know how to weld or have decent metal drill bits, than you could probably use both. The clearance from the plate to ball hitch/trailer receiver is pretty decent. I highly recommend this.
