Windows 10 build 18362.30 hits Fast and Slow ring Insiders with three fixes

Microsoft is pushing out some other new Windows ten preview build today, this time delivering the same one to both Fast and Slow ring Insiders. Today's release pushes both Insider channels up to build 18362.30, and it only includes three fixes.
